Conditions

General
The General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and delivery of goods by Sanguepuro. Differing conditions of the buyer are only valid if we have agreed to the buyer in writing or in writing. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to and is bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The customer's order is definitely binding, but can be canceled in writing within 14 days. In any case, the purchase contract is concluded as soon as we deliver the ordered goods for the first time.

Order
When ordering online, the customer agrees to the purchase and undertakes a legally binding transaction.

Contract language
The content of the contract, all other information, customer service, data information and complaint resolution are offered throughout in German.

Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include statutory sales tax and all shipping costs. If export or import taxes are due during shipping, this will be noted on the relevant item.
Prices and invoices are in Swiss francs including the statutory VAT of 7.7%.

Right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw within 14 days of the order date. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline without giving reasons. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only take place step by step against the return of the goods received from the customer. The condition for this is that the goods show no visible signs of use and are in a resalable, new condition and are returned in the original packaging by registered mail. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery
Delivery: Sanguepuro reserves the right to change the content of the respective service offering from www.sanguepuroclothing.com at any time. The prices for the deliveries and services offered by www.sanguepuroclothing.com do not include costs charged by third parties. Delivery will be made by mail.

Delivery times
Switzerland/Germany and Austria 3-7 working days
International: 5-12 business days
If, in exceptional cases, delivery is delayed, we will contact the customer immediately after we become aware of the delay, but before the 30-day deadline, and obtain their consent for a later delivery.

Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include shipping costs.
